Are you sometimes feeling overwhelmed by stress and looking for effective ways to manage it? Join us for an immersive workshop led by Kim and Rob, where we combine the power of breathwork and systemic exercise to help you become more stress resilient.
What to expect
In this hands-on workshop we will take a deep dive into stress and how it works against you and how it can work for you. Furthermore, we will explore two complementary techniques designed to address stress from both a physiological and emotional perspective.
1. Breathwork:
Your breath is a powerful tool that directly influences your nervous system. Through guided breathwork exercises, we’ll teach you how to harness the power of your breath to calm your mind, lower your stress levels, and regain control in moments of overwhelm. You will learn practical techniques that you can easily integrate into your daily life, empowering you to manage stress whenever it arises.
2. Systemic exercise (constellations):
Stress often stems from deeper, underlying issues which we rather not want to feel. Some people ignore it, others push it away and some are completely identified with it. With the help of mini-constellations you will gain insight in your relationship with stress and the behavioral patterns that are familiar to you. By exploring these dynamics in a safe and supportive environment, you will discover new ways to relate to your stress and begin the process of healing.

About us
Kim has been facilitating Family constellations here at the Nieuwe Yogaschool for two years and is one of our teachers in the “Systemich Coach Opleiding”. She also facilitates leadership programs, team coaching and training on the topic of personal development. Rob has been studying the breath since 2018 and applies this knowledge ever since in his personal life as well as in his work as a coach and trainer in personal leadership and high performing teams. He studied multiple methods (Wim Hoff, Buteyko, Rebirthing, et cetera) in order to synthesize the universal truths into practical interventions for any situation.
