Tai Chi is a mindful movement practice rooted in ancient Chinese martial arts and philosophy. Through slow, flowing movements, and deep, natural breathing, it balances Qi (life force energy), and helps cultivate find focus, vitality, and inner calm. Rather than pushing or striving, Tai Chi invites softness, awareness and presence. Next to that, it supports longevity and mobility, and is accessible to anyone recovering for injury or is physically challenged. Today, many people practice it for its healing and calming effects.
