The Power of Stacking in Your Practice

Strength isn’t everything — how you use it makes all the difference. In this 3-hour masterclass, we explore stacking: the art of placing your body so balance, strength, and control work together instead of against each other.

From standing poses to arm balances and inversions, even small adjustments in placement and body awareness completely change how a pose feels. You’ll discover how to move with more precision, stability, and efficiency — so challenging poses feel lighter, steadier, and more under your control, without forcing or overworking your muscles.

Through partner drills, wall work, and playful technical exercises, you’ll develop a sharper sense of your body in space, refine your balance, and learn to engage strength intelligently. This workshop is perfect for students ready to deepen their practice, take the next step with arm balances and inversions, and truly move with awareness, control, and ease.
