Embodied Truffle Sound Experience
with Andert, Jantje and Lotte
Music, Truffles and Yoga
Live Electronic music, a mini-dose of truffles & restorative yoga
This evening is an invitation to experience sound not only through the ears, but through the whole body. We bring together a mini-dose of truffles, live electronic music and body-based practices as gateways into deeper listening.
It is not a club night. It is a space designed around rest and attention, an evening that feels closer to a ceremony than to a concert or a set.
Music has long played a role in psychedelic experiences, from indigenous ceremonies of the past to today’s clinical psilocybin research, where carefully chosen music is part of every session because it so strongly shapes the experience. We give it our own form. As we all grew up on Dutch ground, we wanted to work with the sounds of the land we come from. Andert’s live electronic set brings melodies that carry you to different places, combined with recordings from Dutch nature: birdsong, wind and water.
We begin with soft breathwork and movement, so you can slow down and arrive in your body before the effects of the truffles start. From there, Andert’s live set becomes the centre of the journey: sound as a space for exploration, feeling and connection, while you lie down in supported, restorative poses. The music invites you to listen inwardly as well as outwardly, and to meet sensations and emotions without needing to find the right words for them.
Throughout the evening, Jantje Oostijen and Lotte Holtrop hold the space and guide you through each stage. Both are experienced in psychedelic bodywork and bring a grounded, attentive presence.
Expect a gentle and intimate evening of sound, movement and deep listening, together with others, each on your own journey.
Please plan to travel home by public transport, bike or taxi rather than driving yourself.

“I believe that within each of us there is a voice of wisdom guiding us towards how we want to live. But as we move through life, we become conditioned by our environment, caught up in the noise of the world and disconnected from that inner signal. Somewhere along the way, we also learned to fear altered states of consciousness. We need spaces and rituals where we can connect and lose ourselves in a healthy way: moments that take us beyond our usual thinking and let us return to everyday life with new eyes, grounded in our bodies. That can happen when you’re absorbed by music, a painting, a landscape or a conversation that touches you.
For me, truffles, breathwork and creative practices opened that door. They brought me back to singing, making music and creating, which is why creativity is at the heart of my ceremonies. Some experiences bring up hidden emotions, others are ecstatic, and there are a million flavours in between. I invite you to bring your curiosity and an open heart.”
Andert Tysma
Andert is a composer and electronic musician who creates and plays the music during the ceremony. Alongside his music, he works as a practising doctor.
Music and medicine have always run parallel in my life. After the conservatory I chose to study medicine, and for a long time those two paths felt impossible to combine. Over time I found that they ask for the same thing: attentive listening, careful observation and a curiosity about what lies beneath the surface.
Throughout my life, music has helped me through many different moments and phases. It has been a guide, a comfort and a way of finding my way back to myself. In the ceremonies, I hope my music can do the same for you, supporting you on your own journey.
During the ceremonies, I work with modular synthesizers and acoustic sounds, moving between depth and lightness, tension and openness. Repetition never brings you back to exactly the same place, and the smallest shift can make something familiar feel completely new. I don’t play to steer your journey but to support it, listening to the room and following where it wants to go.
