Ik ben Dita en ik kan je begeleiden bij het vinden van meer balans in je dagelijkse communicatie. In de rustige behandelruimte op de eerste verdieping van de Nieuwe Yogaschool geef ik adem- en stemtherapie in een individuele setting. We werken samen bijvoorbeeld aan het ontspannen van je houding, adem, stem- of spraakgewoontes. De stem is de spiegel van je ziel dus we besteden veel aandacht aan ontspanning en onthaasten als basis. Je leert minder te denken en meer te voelen wat er tijdens communiceren in je lichaam gebeurt. De 1-op-1sessies duren 25 min. en er wordt uitgegaan van jouw specifieke wensen en hulpvraag.

The space is located next to an acupuncturist’s treatment room and is suitable for various treatments and sessions, such as massages, coaching, physiotherapy and more. The space has a warm, safe energy with plenty of privacy and a large window overlooking the peaceful courtyard garden.
