Yin Flow and Somatic Movement Training with Simon

Let Yin Flow

Yin is often associated with stillness, yet for thousands of years Yin has also been cultivated through gentle movement. During this training you’ll discover how to cultivate Yin through the integration of somatic movement, gentle lunar yoga, breath and embodied awareness.

Yin Flow is a deeply restorative approach that draws on gentle lunar yoga, Chinese energy practices, somatic movement and leading fascia research to create a practice that is fluid, nourishing and profoundly regenerative. Discover how movement itself can become restorative, helping you release tension, recharge your energy and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.

A Different Way of Understanding Yin

Many people have come to associate Yin practice with stillness. Yet Yin is not defined by the absence of movement. All energy moves, and for thousands of years gentle movement practices have been used to cultivate Yin qualities. Rather than seeing movement and stillness as opposites, Yin Flow explores how movement itself can become an expression of Yin when it is gentle, fluid, receptive and deeply embodied. Movement is no longer simply a way of arriving in a posture. It becomes the practice itself—a way of embodying softness, grace, surrender and deep inner listening.

Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Research

Experience the benefits of breath-based, conscious movement as part of your Yin-oriented practice.
Learn how to integrate restorative yoga postures, somatic movement and gentle lunar yoga sequences practised close to the Earth. Learn how to move with the energy of breath to recharge and circulate prana throughout your body, connecting breath and movement to support rejuvenation during nourishing, fluid Yin sequences.

Expand Your Understanding of Yin & Fascia

Modern fascia research by the leading fascia scientists of our time highlights the importance of incorporating gentle, holistic movement to maintain a healthy fascial network.

During this training, the practice of holding yoga postures is complemented by soft, fluid sequences practised close to the Earth. These gentle, interoceptive flows nourish your body’s entire fascial network, helping to release tension, restore balance and cultivate embodied ease.

During This Training You Will Learn
  • Breath-led Yin Flow – restoring body and mind through gentle, fluid Yin Flow sequences.
  • Somatic Movement – cultivating embodied awareness through nourishing movement.
  • Fascia-Nourishing Movement – recharging and restoring the whole fascial network through fluid, myofascial-inspired sequences.
