“Movement has always been at the heart of my life. I trained at the National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam, where I built a strong foundation in discipline, technique, and alignment. An injury eventually took me off that stage and into the world of art and design, but the love for physical expression never disappeared—it was simply waiting for its way back.
That way back was yoga. From the very first class, I felt at home. What started as a personal practice soon grew into a passion I wanted to share with others. I completed a Vinyasa Teacher Training, attended many masterclasses and workshops, and dove into the inspiring pool of Instagram yogis for inspiration and exchange. I have now been teaching for many years, and my background continues to shape the way I guide people—with precision, awareness, and a deep respect for the body’s intelligence.
In my classes, I focus on alignment, technique, and the ability to truly feel what is happening in your body. I believe yoga and Pilates are not just about shapes or sequences, but about understanding movement from the inside out. I work with personal guidance and hands-on adjustments to help practitioners connect more deeply with their practice—whether that means building strength, improving posture, or simply finding more ease in motion.
Alongside different forms of yoga, Pilates has naturally become part of my path too. Its emphasis on control, stability, and strength complements yoga beautifully, and together they create an approach that is dynamic, precise and personalized.
People often describe my classes as focused yet accessible: challenging when needed, but always with space to explore at your own pace. My goal is to offer a safe, inspiring environment where you can grow, discover, and reconnect with your body in new ways.”
