3-part Family Constellations Special
Connection and Love, with Kim and Zeeger
Systemic journey (special) theme: connection & love
3 evenings of Family constellations & systemic exercises with the same group
What to Expect?
Are you looking to break free from old patterns in your relationships? Do you want to heal emotional wounds connected to your family or deepen your capacity for connection and love? Or are you simply curious about Family Constellations and Systemic Work?
This special edition of our three-evening systemic journey centers around the theme of connection and love—not just romantic love, but also your bond with family members, your capacity to give and receive love, and how your family system might influence your relationships today.
By working with the same group across three sessions, we create a safe and supportive space where you can dive deeper into your personal themes. Through systemic exercises, meditations, and family constellations, we’ll explore what’s holding you back from deeper connection—whether it’s inherited dynamics, unresolved emotions, or unseen loyalties.
Each evening offers space for personal constellations as well as collective practices that benefit everyone attending. Together, we aim to bring more clarity, healing, and warmth to the places in you that long for connection. The work is profound, grounding, and often transformative—not only for those receiving a constellation, but for everyone in the room.
What are (Family) Constellations?
Making the unconscious visible, that’s what we do with Constellations. In our daily lives we often come across behavioral patterns or familiar situations in which our history and family play a huge role. Think of work in which you always seem to come into the same conflict. A love relationship in which you lose yourself completely or in which you find it difficult to open up. Or a more general feeling of not knowing who you are or the feeling you are not living up to your potential.
More and more we discover that often this has to do with your family and its history; your family system. Think of roles you’ve played in your childhood. Fixing the relationship of mom and dad or taking care of one of the parents (and becoming the parent of your parent). But also, things that happened further down the line with your grandparents or the generations before that. Whenever someone or something was ignored or excluded, somewhere down the generation line it will pop up in the form of an unwanted behavioral pattern. And this is what we work with during a family constellation. The result? Acceptance, more flow, inner freedom and healing.
Three Evening Journey
In this systemic journey you will get to experience the power of systemic work. In the mini-constellation and the constellations, we work with a field of wisdom. We will show you how to connect to it and work with the information that comes from that field. You will get to explore your own family system or perhaps an important relationship from a systemic perspective. The program will be flexible and adapted to what the group needs or desires. In any case there is space for multiple family constellations, mini-constellations, systemic exercises, group sharing and reflection.
For Who?
This workshop is literally for everyone. Newcomers will have a good introduction to the work and a full experience of what a constellation is about. Experienced people will find the mini-constellation and full constellations to give them a profound experience.
About the facilitators
Kim Lanjouw
Kim has been coaching, training and inspiring people to live a more conscious and loving life in the last 12 years. To her, family constellations are a necessity to lift the weight of the past and give space to the potential that wants to be seen and is so needed in this world. She brings softness to that what has become rigid and brings clarity to the issues at hand.
Zeeger Scholten
Zeeger has facilitated workshops all over the world including SE Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He worked with the Bert-Hellinger Institute to further develop his systemic insights and train-the-trainer in family constellations. He has been practising buddhism for many years and brings a deep level of presence to the work that he does.
This workshop is held in English.
