Welcome to SHARE, a transformative life coaching group designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and meaningful connections. Each 2-hour session offers an opportunity to enrich your relationships, manage emotions, and explore new life paths by connecting with your inner self.
SHARE combines body-focused practices, holistic approaches, and community support to cultivate personal growth.
The Journey:
SHARE follows a step-by-step process with five biweekly 2-hour appointments. While participating in all five sessions is not mandatory, it is highly recommended.
Before joining, a free 20-minute intake session with Tyler is required. This can be done online or in person at the yoga school and helps determine if SHARE is the right fit for you. You can contact Tyler at tyler.micocci@gmail.com
The Method:
We understand that effective communication is vital to building healthy relationships. When we lack clear and authentic communication, we often find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, disrespected, and disconnected from others.
Through our body-oriented work, we aim to uncover and address the unconscious patterns that create conflict, poor understanding, and stress in our relationships.
By integrating techniques such as somatic exercises, Kundalini Yoga, Bio Energetics, and guided meditation, we provide practical tools to nurture authentic connections.

SHARE stands for the values and pillars that form the foundation of our transformative journey.
These values are woven into every session and guide our approach.
1. Showing up:
In the realm of inner growth, showing up for ourselves is the first crucial step. It means actively embracing change, challenges, and staying open to sharing our experiences. By being present and committing to honest self-expression without judgment, we create a safe space for personal growth.
2. Honesty:
Honesty, both with us and others, is at the core of building authentic connections. It allows our humanness to be felt, fostering safety, empathy, and soothing our nervous system.
3. Awareness:
Often, our lives operate on autopilot, responding instinctively without conscious awareness. Through SHARE, we encourage reflection on our internal mechanisms, who governs our emotional state, and the power of words when we communicate. Increasing inner awareness enhances our ability to express and understand our feelings in different situations.
4. Responsiblity:
Taking responsibility for our feelings is essential on this journey. By transitioning from feeling overwhelmed to becoming a responsible self, we inspire and motivate each group member. Trusting our inner capacities, giving, and receiving support, and avoiding blame or victimhood help build resilience.
5. Experience:
While knowledge is valuable, it is through experience that true transformation occurs. Our journey provides authentic experiences that contribute to personal growth, allowing participants to break free from conditioning and express their needs authentically. We also emphasize practical tools from a body-oriented approach to calm the nervous system and release tension.

SHARE is open to anyone seeking more authentic relationships across various areas of their life. It's for individuals who want to increase their presence, let go of past traumas, and connect on a deeper level with authenticity and openness.

The program consists of 5 sessions which will take place from 19:15 to 21:15 on the following dates:
- January 8 & 22nd
- February 5 & 19th
- March 5th

Tyler is a dedicated life coach and an experienced practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, with over 25 years of expertise in guiding individuals towards finding a clear direction in life and achieving greater freedom of emotional expression within themselves and in their relationships. As a passionate advocate for inner leadership development, Tyler offers transformative support to clients seeking personal growth.
