Shamanic gui-DANCE Ceremony and Cacao with Yeremy & Ella
Shamanic guiDANCE Ceremony and Cacao
with Yeremy & Ella
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: "When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?” - Gabrielle Roth
Here's what to expect
This ceremony invites you to reconnect with your inner self through the healing power of four medicines: cacao, shamanic journeying, music, and ecstatic dance.
The evening begins with a grounding meditation, allowing you to gently arrive in the space and set your intentions for the journey ahead. With this sacred foundation, we enter the heart-opening cacao ceremony, softening the mind and body to receive the medicine of the soul.
As the cacao works its magic, we guide you into the three shamanic worlds, where you will journey deep within. Here, you'll uncover hidden wisdom, gain insight, and reconnect with the essence of who you truly are.
From this space of inner knowing, we’ll transition into ecstatic dance—a movement practice that lets the music become your guide. Through rhythm and flow, you’ll be invited to embody the wisdom of your journey, releasing what no longer serves and embracing your soul’s true expression.
This ceremony is a sacred space to return to your core, explore the depths of your being, and let the medicines of movement, rhythm, and spirit guide you back to your essence. Come with an open heart, and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, healing, and connection.
We look forward to journeying with you.
Important notes
-
It's advisable to avoid coffee on the day of the ceremony and to refrain from eating for at least two hours beforehand to enhance your connection with the cacao.
-
If you're taking antidepressants, it's recommended to drink only a small amount of cacao or not drink it at all, as combining it with antidepressants can cause adverse effects, such as severe headaches.
-
If you're pregnant, please opt for a smaller dose of cacao or refrain from drinking it entirely.
-
For those with high blood pressure or heart conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider beforehand.
-
We can offer a special rose tea instead, which also promotes a heart-opening connection.

The facilitators
About Ella
Ella embarked on her Shamanic journey in 2019, delving into Shamanic Astrology, where she remains a student. This marked the start of her deep interest in Shamanism. By 2021, Ella found the perfect mentor and location to further explore ancient Shamanic wisdom, eventually becoming a certified Shamanic Practitioner. Her training was completed under the guidance of Ron Townsend at Definest in Almere, a student of Sandra Ingerman, who greatly inspires Ella.
Alongside her Shamanic practices, Ella incorporates movement and dance, which have significantly deepened her connection with her body. These practices not only enhance her ability to feel and express emotions but also complement her Shamanic journey. She integrates Shamanism into her daily life and work, with a growing fascination for nature. Living in harmony with the natural cycles of Land & Sky, respecting the elements, and maintaining contact with her helping Spirits have become integral parts of her existence.
