Deepening Tantra Workshop for All

This workshop is given by Stef Kroon

Did you attend the Intro into Tantra workshop at DNYS, or do you already have experience with tantra? And are you ready for more? Stef is now offering a deeper dive into the magical world of tantra. Everything start with the awareness of your own body. Out of the head and truly into the fysical sensations. We will take you on a journey to connect you with your heart and with your pelvic area in orde to further open up the energy in these places. You will be guided this evening to experience and awaken the flow of your life energy in your body between heart and sex and to meet others also on these deeper layers.

We will introduce you in a gentle and safe way to the most beautiful ancient tantric meditations for the heart and for the sex. Fully awakening the cells of your body, your senses to open up and boosting your energy level. All a bit more intense then the Introduction workshop. Are you ready for the ride?

The workshop is directed towards intimacy and not sexuality, is suitable for everyone and does not involve nudity.

The workshop will be in Dutch or English spoken if needed.

About Stef 

Stef is on the path of tantra for more then 12 years. His calling to tantra came from within, from a longing to be more connected with himself as well as a desire for deep connection with others. He has followed many tantra workshops and trainings with different tantra schools and facilitators. His main teacher is Pema Gitama of Wildtantra and Stef is part of the team of Wildtantra. He received from Pema his spiritual name Safar which means inner journey. This is exactly his full time focus of the last 12 years after a business career as senior partner of KPMG in Financial Services. Stef has followed many therapeutical and coaching trainings ( registered MMS coach and certified for many educations at Phoenix Opleidingen ) and he has a practise as a life and business coach ( www.withalittlehelp.nl ). He loves to guide people on their individual way to live their full potential.
