Face Yoga with Zehra Handan Aydin
The natural way to rejuvenate your face!
In this workshop you will learn different postures to relax, tone and strengthen your face and neck. Introduction to the muscles of the face, warm up postures and specific areas that will have the most effect.
How you hold your face is mostly the experiences that you have had in your life. We will learn how to relax certain areas, take the tension away. We will be working with the muscles of the face. We are going to activate the muscles. This will give more blood flow into the face.
You will learn to release tension which will result in more space & vibrancy. The muscles will react in a different way. You will learn about your own habits and how you can correct them. And best of it all is, that it has a cumulative effect.
About Zehra Handan Aydin
Zehra Handan Aydin is a certified face yoga teacher, who has been teaching face yoga for three years around the Netherlands. She also is a yoga teacher in Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra. She has been a leader within organizations for 20 years. She coaches people on their business and personal skills. Her latest studies have been on food and nutrition.
This workshop will be in Dutch or English spoken if needed.
