2x 50hr Certification Program

Slow Flow, Gentle Vinyasa & Yin Flow Yoga

Study the Lunar (Yin) teachings of Shanti Flow Yoga for inner healing and regeneration. Learn how to cultivate and nurture your lunar (yin) quality during flow based practices. Learn to move from the healing power of embodied breath as you explore gentle movement patterns infused with healing breath-work. Practice from a place of deep surrender and ease as you learn to create deep and soulful lunar Yoga journeys. Nourish yourself and others with these beautiful flow-based practices.

The full Shanti Flow 100 hour training consists of of 2 x 50 hour studies. Each 50 hour study can be done independently for students who are not following the full (100 hr) Shanti Flow certification program. Students who follow the complete training will learn to teach all 3 levels of Shanti Flow:
• Grounding practices (Slow Flow)
• Softening practices (Gentle Vinyasa)
• Sweetening practices (Yin Flow and movement meditation)

Students who complete both modules (including assignments) will receive the full Shanti Flow 100hr Certification and can apply for placement in the online directory of Shanti Flow teachers.

About Simon


Simon J. Rowe (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and YACEP)

Simon is one of the leading Yoga teachers and teacher trainers based in the Netherlands. His unique and innovative flow based teachings are a synthesis of his life long study of asana/postural and movement based practices. Simon has developed his own signature style of practice and teaching, his training modules are hosted by several of the leading yoga studios in the Nether- lands as well as by the Dutch Ministry of Defence.

Simon has practised yoga, dance and transformative body-mind practices from a very young age. After his initial years of study in Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, he travelled the world to receive more than 500 hours of teacher training from the Los Angeles based, Global School of Prana Flow Yoga.

During Simon’s flow-based teachings he brings joyful attention to the subtle aspects of breath and energy work. He dives deep into the mystical teachings of Yoga and meditation as tools for transformation, personal liberation and teaches his students to ‘live their love and embody their freedom’ As a lover of life, nature and the spirit of freedom, Simon enjoys travelling to study, teach and share his passion for life with others.
