Zwangerschapsyoga: Yoga in the Journey of Motherhood

DNYS partner The House of Balance offers a complete course zwangerschapsyoga of five 1,5-hour yoga classes, which also delve deeper into childbirth theory. There's also an extra-long partner class, where you and your (birthing) partner can prepare for the arrival of your baby. You'll also receive free access to the online course.
The recurring classes offer a time to find peace, connect with your baby, and feel comfortable in your own body. We focus heavily on body awareness, and breathing is a common thread throughout the course. Yoga can help you during labor, but also especially in the time afterward. The group consists of other expectant mothers who are on the same journey to motherhood.
