Gentle & Restorative Vinyasa Yoga

Gentle & Restorative Vinyasa Yoga
30 hr training
Learn to offer your students a nourishing, gentle, fluid yoga practice—something softer than Vinyasa, yet more embodied than Yin.
So many students today are searching for rest, regeneration and more lunar practices as a way to recharge. They often retreat into Yin, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra classes—not because they don’t want to move, but because many Vinyasa teachers haven’t learned
how to meet them where they are.
Movement & Breath as Medicine
What’s often missing from static practices like Yin, Nidra, and Restorative yoga is the very medicine students need: conscious breath, embodied movement, and fluidity. Lunar Flow offers movement as a restorative practice, inviting students to stay close to themselves, move with ease, and breathe in a way that soothes the nervous system and supports deep healing. Learn how to nourish yourself and others through these fluid lunar practices, supporting regeneration and holistic embodied healing.
Why Lunar Flow Now?
We are living in a time of chronic overstimulation and fatigue. More and more students are seeking practices that support healing—not through stillness alone, but through gentleness, rhythm, and connection. Lunar Flow responds to this call with a practice
rooted in breath, fluid movement, and embodied presence. It brings together the softness students crave with the subtle dynamism their bodies need to restore harmony and regenerate from within.
You’ll learn how to craft sequences that integrate:
Fluid movement instead of stillness alone.
Moving from the healing power of embodied breath
Graceful transitions rooted in gravity, softness, and surrender.
The Science of Fascia & Holistic Movement
Modern fascia research has confirmed what many embodied traditions have long known, movement is medicine. Leading fascia experts—such as Robert Schleip and Tom Myers emphasise that dynamic, whole-body movement is essential for maintaining healthy, hydrated, and resilient fascia. While styles like Yin often focus on static holds, emerging science points to the importance of including holistic, multidimensional movement as a foundational practice for long-term fascia wellness, elasticity, and balance.
