Tijdens dit concert lig je comfortabel op een matje, met een deken over je heen en sluit je je
ogen. Laat de dag van je afglijden, voel je gedragen door de grond onder je en laat jezelf meenemen op een innerlijke reis, gedragen door klank. 

Irene zingt en speelt muziek vanuit haar hart en gebruikt daarbij oeroude instrumenten zoals Tibetaanse klankschalen en een framedrum, maar ook moderne instrumenten zoals een gitaar, handpan, kristallen klankschalen en wereldinstrumenten. Laat de helende klanken en vibraties van deze instrumenten door je heen stromen en laat je ervaring even zijn zoals het is. 

Al duizenden jaren, over de gehele wereld, gebruikt men Sound Healing om een lichamelijke, mentale of emotionele imbalans te helpen helen en terug te keren naar onze natuurlijk staat van innerlijke vrede en harmonie. Je kunt het zien als een natuurlijk medicijn! Iets dat je kan helpen bij het helen van een lichamelijke, mentale of emotionele klacht of uitdaging.

Over Irene

Irene is energetisch therapeut, Yin Yoga docente, muzikant en voormalig arts. Na 5 jaar te
hebben gewerkt binnen de Westerse geneeskunde, besloot ze haar hart te volgen en zich te
verdiepen in meer natuurlijke vormen van heling. Ze is sinds 2014 student van Jose Antonio
Manchado en kwam dankzij hem o.a. in aanraking met Rigpa Energetic Healing (Tibet) en
Reiki Usui (Japan), beiden vormen van natuurlijke energetische heling. Vanuit haar hart
geeft Irene privé healing sessies, Yin Yoga lessen, Sound Healing Concerten en retraites en
helpt zichzelf en anderen om meer innerlijke vrede, liefde, plezier en gezondheid te ervaren.
Haar grote passie is muziek en sound healing en in 2018 bracht ze haar eerste EP ‘Sound of Life’ uit, die te vinden is op Spotify.

During this concert you comfortably lay on a yoga mat, covered by a blanket and with your eyes closed. Letting the day behind you, feeling carried by the ground underneath you, you let yourself be taken on an inner journey of sound and silence. 

Irene sings and plays music from her heart using ancient instruments like Tibetan singing bowls and a frame drum, but also more modern instruments like a guitar, handpan, crystal bowls and world instruments. Allow the healing sounds and vibrations of these instruments and Tibetan and Sanskrit mantra’s to wash through you and allow your experience to be exactly as it is. 

For thousands of years Sound Healing has been used to help heal a physical, mental or emotional imbalance and to return to our most natural state of inner peace. You could see it as a natural medicine!

About Irene 
Irene is an energetic healing therapist, Yin Yoga teacher, musician and former medical
doctor. After working for 5 years in Western medicine, she decided to follow her heart and
study and practice natural ways of healing. Since 2014 she is a student of Jose Antonio
Manchado and thanks to him she got in touch with Rigpa Energetic Healing (from Tibet) and
Reiki Usui (Japan), both natural ways of healing. From her heart Irene gives private healing sessions, Yin Yoga classes, Sound Healing Concerts, retreats and helps herself and others to experience more inner peace, love, joy and health.
