6 WEEK PROGRAM ON STRESS, WITH YTR & YOGA NIDRA WITH INGE

Then this is a beautiful opportunity for you to turn this around and shed light on this experience and return to relaxation and harmony.
This program is designed to address Burn Out and Stress or Overwhelm in daily life and to move with this instead of fight against the circumstances. With the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra, supported with YogaTherapy.
Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation practice, that uses the natural capacity to sleep and let go to enter deeper levels of consciousness.
In this 6-weeks program we will look at the root and impact of stress and tension on your body and immune system. With the wonderful practice of Yoga Nidra and Yoga from a therapeutic perspective you’ll learn & experience how to release excess tension and find harmony in your body, mind, heart. Yoga Nidra is beautiful way to clear and clean your ‘house’ your system.
Every week we will focus on a theme for that week, with some asana practice to drop in the body, pranayama and a Yoga Nidra designed for the theme. You’ll get a recording of the Nidra to practice at home.
The program is set up to re-connect and harmonize body- mind-heart-spirit connection and wellbeing.
You learn how to deeply rest, relax and recharge with asana, pranayama, Yoga Nidra and the use of Sankalpa (intention).
This program is for those who feel stuck and suffer a lot of stress and overwhelm in daily life, or those who are in or recovering from a Burn Out.
Week 1: tension & relaxation in the body
Week 2: mind: inner critique, thought patterns, effect on health
Week 3: breath: your breath is a reflection of the mind
Week 4: habits & samskaras
Week 5: emotions & feelings, connection with the heart
Week 6: set your personal intention
Feel welcome to join our safe space! Due to Covid-19 regulations, cues from the teacher will only be conveyed verbally. The workshop will be in English, unless all participants have a good understanding of Dutch in which case the workshop will be held in Dutch.
