"Embodied intelligence with yoga, meditation and transformational breathing"

We are honoured and grateful to be able to share our own journeys of transformation with yoga, meditation and breathing.

Our intelligence is not just in our head. This is only a small part of our potential. Our deep wisdom is everywhere in our body. In our heart, gut, limbs, head and the energetic connections between them.

In this workshop Hoyte and Peter will guide you through a journey of the body, mind and spirit with yoga, meditation and transformational breathing.*

It will be a way of connecting through the senses with our subtle energies: we start with gentle movement, yoga asanas and subtle breathing techniques to open the body and ground ourselves for meditation. We meditate to bring open awareness and space into the mind before we will connect to our deeper spirit by using an intense transformational breathing technique. The evening and process will be accompanied by ambient sounds and music. The session will be guided by Hoyte de Ranitz and Peter Vermeiren.

Hoyte de Ranitz

Hoyte de Ranitz is a Mindful Spirited Vinyasa teacher, student and inspired practitioner of yoga & meditation. Hoyt dove deeper into yoga after finishing his 500h yoga teacher trainings with 'Radiantly Alive’ while living in Bali and studied with teachers from different yoga backgrounds. Hoyt’s classes are eclectic and sometimes challenging; meditation in motion supported with music and always working towards balance & ‘feel-good factor’. Through union of movement (flow), asana (posture) and breath (prana) creating presence in the moment of now.

Peter Vermeiren

Peter Vermeiren is a healer, coach and a compassionate meditation and breathwork teacher who received many teachings from several Buddhist teachers over the last 20 years. He is president of Compassion for Care and co-developed the online course 'The Adaptable Mindset'.

*The transformational breathing is an intense technique. It is safe but it is good to know when to take it easy. When you have health issues like epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart problems or a tendency to mental health problems like psychosis or you are pregnant please contact Peter Vermeiren (06-3194918) to discuss if or how to attend the session.

This workshop will be in English.
