Moksha - Embody Your Freedom
4-week intensive - movement-meditation, free-from yoga and Prana dance.

For those who love the transformative power of movement, this is for you. While Yoga is a
practice based on poses, Simon offers his Moksha trainings for students to enrich their
yoga by exploring movement based meditation practices.

During this 4 week training we dive into the liberating practices of movement meditation, dynamic
breathwork, free-form Yoga and Prana dance. Take your yoga out of the box and off the mat
as you explore your natural sense of pleasure through movement.
Experience the Tantrik awakening of consciousness in motion. Unite the passive meditative arts
with the expressive and transformative practices of dynamic meditations and kriyas. Honour your
heart’s own longing for freedom!

Week 1: Jala ~ Fluid free-form yoga

Explore your fluid nature by embodying the qualities of flowing water, Jala. Move beyond the
classic yoga poses by exploring dynamic breathwork and fluid free - form yoga practices. Awaken
the wave body to release tension holding patterns, let go and let flow.

Week 2: Sahaja ~ Spontaneous movement

Sahaja is the art of living spontaneously and being vibrantly present and alive. The Sahaja practices
are based on the Tantrik teachings that changed the course of Yoga history. In Sahaja we
experience how music, movement and meditation meet each other in a natural and harmonious
dialogue. Rediscover playful freedom and your natural sense of pleasure through guided free-form
Sahaja movement sequences.

Week 3: Moksha ~ Prana dance

Ignite the fire of your wild, freedom loving nature!
Expand your movement vocabulary and taste your freedom as we move through sequences of
dynamic movement kriyas. Turn up the volume and as you give yourself to the rhythms, the Prana
and the dance of freedom – Moksha!

Week 4: Tandava

Tandava is the most sacred of Moksha movement based practices, it is the inner-dance, the
subtlest and most intimate of movement meditations.
Move from your breath as your body softens and opens, surrender to the the dynamic inner dance of
consciousness and energy. Move to your own heart song and give expression to your innermost poetic
nature. Taste the ananda, bliss of returning to your natural state of being, moving in harmony with your
true self.
