Strength & Grace Yoga with Barbra Noh
Strength & Grace Yoga is an integrative approach to creating a therapeutically beneficial and sustainable yoga practice. It features a conscise system of simple alignment principles that provide the framework with which to intelligently explore asana and movement.
In this workshop you will deepen your connection with your body. You will feel inspired to listen to its intelligence and learn how to create a physical experience that feels balanced and healthy. You will gain a sense of wholeness as you develop an appreciation for your physical and mental self within the context of the many emotions and experiences that make you the unique human being you are.
Strength & Grace Yoga honours the tradition of yoga as a system of transformation and evolution by incorporating knowledge based on modern research into anatomy and functional movement. These insights are applied to create a safer and more effective practice.
The practice is designed to be nurturing and increase vitality. Students are guided towards a healthier relationship with their bodies and minds. The wisdom of Ayurveda forms the background to understanding how to adapt practice to suit the current needs of the individual. It is through a deeper awareness of ourselves that we come to appreciate our own innate value.
Come and deepen your awareness with this workshop. Together we will move and breath with strength and grace. Barbra will teach a range of asanas and alignment techniques to empower your practice. Variations will be offered to suit all levels.

About Barbra Noh
Barbra Noh has been a student of movement her whole life. She is an internationally recognised yoga teacher who loves to share her passion for health, healing and personal growth. An Australian based in Munich/Germany, she travels internationally to teach workshops, offer retreats and present at conferences. Additional to her highly regarded teacher trainings she is also co-founder of the healing system, ThaiVedic Yoga. Barbra found that yoga and meditation changed her life, giving her tools to work with her mind, heal her body and nourish her spirit. She believes the transformational techniques and teachings of yoga empower and encourage us in our quest to sense our worthiness and live our full potential. Her book “Yoga – mit Kraft und Anmut Leben” (Theseus Publishers) was published in 2015. The English edition, “Yoga – Living with Strength and Grace” will be released in 2019.
