I use a from of hands-on-healing and a combination of light, sounds and other shamanistic techniques. With these tools I target and support you to release layers of stagnant emotions. You may feel warmth, tingling, hot or cold flowing through your body, or other physical sensations. Or you could go into a refreshing trance like sleep, see images, colours, feel emotions, gain new insights, or become deeply relaxed.
