Simon has more than 30 years of experience studying movement based practices from multiple sources including yoga, the arts, and somatic bodywork. He offers his movement based teachings as Moksha events and trainings. As a senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer at De Nieuwe Yoga school, he continues to deepen his studies in Yoga, Tantrik philosophy and movement meditation. As a lover of life, nature and the spirit of freedom, Simon enjoys exploring the world studyingas well as sharing his own teachings through Yoga and Moksha events, workshops and retreats.
