We can Consciously and maturely meet mental health issues with Fresh Eyes enhancing what we already know and play with simple tools as allies. These tools will support and improve the lives of Individuals, families, friends and communities affected by mind and emotional confusion, anxiety and depression.

This Program’s intent is to share and experience simple tools, forming a tool kit, allies that can make a profound difference to our quality of life. We can exercise and experience the tools easily in our everyday lives for ourselves and when we are supporting others. The gift within enhancing our capacities is recognising our quality of life difference that encourages us as a community to share, humbly remind ourselves and others to exercise play with the tools. This workshop Program is not a therapy program yet it has been known to have a natural therapeutic effect.
This program will help you to understand and recognise we have the capacity to slow, steer, reset our experiences. At first we all can be clumsy yet with exercising tools we can support each other and steer ourselves and others away from sliding down a rabbit hole pattern. We will explore opportunities to slow things down, enhance confidence and steer ourselves and others so we are able to meet, ‘be’ with our experiences.
