What is Kirtan
Kirtan is a call and response of singing Mantras out loud, which is used as a meditation practice in Bhakti Yoga, Yoga of Devotion.
Congregational singing Mantras is bringing peace to the mind and deeply felt in the heart. Live playing instruments are used to guide this yoga practice. Often people are amazed and sometimes even in tears of something they feel deeply inside the heart. It’s that deep connection within, where only Love is residing.
You will for sure feel empowered by emotions after this special Kirtan session!
