What to expect of the 4-week In-Depth Ayurvedic Training with Jolijn?

In this 4-week journey, we explore beyond the basics and gently step into the heart of Ayurveda, where body, mind and spirit connect.

Each week offers an opportunity to discover a little more: calming the mind and finding your centre, softening the belly and easing emotional tension, supporting your inner glow through rasa and rakta, and tuning into the natural rhythm of your cycles.
You’ll feel, remember and reconnect with the wisdom that’s always been yours.

 

Program overview

WEEK 1: AYURVEDA & THE MIND AND NERVOUS SYSTEM
This week we start with what’s most needed in today’s world: a soothed, steady nervous system. Through the lens of Ayurveda, we explore how your mind, body and energy respond to stress and how you can consciously shift towards sattva. At the heart of this week lies svastha, the seat within you where you are established in yourself.

WEEK 2: AYURVEDA & YOUR SECOND BRAIN: YOUR BELLY
Your belly holds deep intelligence: instinctive, emotional, wise. In Ayurveda, the gut is the seat of your inner fire, your agni. It remembers everything you’ve ever eaten, felt, or resisted. How you digest is how you live. The way you take in food mirrors the way you take in life. Together, we explore how to nourish and steady your inner fire through food, rhythm, herbs and awareness, so you can transform, release and feel clear again.

WEEK 3: AYURVEDA & YOUR BRIGHT GLOW
Radiance in Ayurveda starts within: in your tissues, digestion and energy. Your glow is built layer by layer. It reflects nourishment of the first two dhatus: rasa(plasma/fluids) and rakta (blood). We’ll explore how true beauty grows from inner care.

WEEK 4: IN RHYTHM WITH NATURE’S TIMING (FOCUSS: HORMONES)
This week we soften into the intelligence of rhythm. We explore how natural cycles shape your thoughts, emotions, energy and hormonal balance, and how powerful it becomes when you stop pushing against them. We’ll look at the rhythms that influence you: cycle of the moon, your menstrual cycle and the larger life stages we as humans move through. Each rhythm carries its own hormonal landscape, creative pulse and emotional tone. When you learn to listen instead of override, you don’t just understand yourself better, you begin to work with your biology.
